If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Start a return from your account or contact us and we'll arrange it.

Yes. Every Ellara product is PETA-Certified Vegan and Cruelty-Free. We never test on animals and neither do our suppliers.
